BATHS AND EMOTIONS

>>> SEATING >>> BEYOND ARMCHAIRS AND SOFAS
>>> DREAM ON BEDS >>> INSIDE CONTAINERS
>>> LIGHT : SPECTACULAR AND NATURAL >>> THE PERSONNAL OFFICE

Strongly influenced by trends in current design, baths are no longer austere and minimalist. Forward-looking designers are now proposing fascinating and exciting solutions. Ethnical themes, expressive new shapes, materials, surfaces and light effects are all being experimented with, making baths one of the liveliest and interesting domains in the design arena.

BOFFI

Folio is a new washbasin that Neunzig Design has created for Boffi. Clearly placed within the tradition of this prestigious company, this very sophisticated object is targeted at the high-end market. Essentially it is made from white Corian panels, placed asymmetrically at a slight angle towards the drain.

E15
New Places is the new E15 collection dedicated entirely to bath and wellness equipment. Confirming the company’s traditionally high standards of quality and finish, E15 has partnered with prestigious manufacturers such as Dornbracht and Alape. A revolutionary interior design concept has led to the abolition of the separation of living and bathing areas. In fact this concept is inspired by the Japanese bathing ritual, with its wooden tubs, its rugged boards for massage and relaxation and its delightfully simple towel racks.

FIAM

A mirror that doesn’t reflect you: this is the formal paradox which Paolo Rizzatto has suggested and solved for Fiam. The Hasami mirror is an element of the Origami collection. It explores, through modern technology, the possibilities of bending the mirror. Hasami is also available in a square version which can be joined to similar units to form a larger composition.
